HARBORS mission is to deliver compelling local adventure travel ideas, news and information to Pacific Northwest travelers as a resource for exploring the many regional destinations  serviced by seaplanes in the waters of Western Washington and British Columbia.

Traveling to remote areas in the Pacific Northwest from Puget Sound to the northern BC islands and coastal inlets, HARBORS provides exciting adventures for salmon fishing, kayaking, bear watching, whale watching, and numerous other nature and wildlife experiences. Flying and Boating to the many resort destinations in the San Juan Islands or Desolation Sound make for an adventure of a life time.

There’s an excellent article by one of our favorite authors in the Spring 11 issue of HARBORS about the Olympic Peninsula and the significance of the region to a man who has spent his life and raised his family there. “The Olympic Park Runs Through It” by Bill McMillan is a great read whether you’re a long-time resident or a newcomer to the peninsula.
